I can't tell you how tired I have been. I was recently diagnosed with having 3 abdominal hernias and a 6 week recovery surgery is coming up soon (thus which I postponed as far out as possible shame on me). I can't do intense workouts the way I used to, and I feel it. Sometimes we need to remember that there are alternatives and part of being healthy means being creative. I have exercise ADD so I get tired of one workout easily. So something quick and intense that maximizes my results is just what I love.
I heard of the 50 burpees for 50 days challenge and I am starting today. I can't workout the way I want but combining these 50 burpees throughout the day for quick short bursts of a workout should be perfect for my limited routine. I combine this with cardio such as walking and bike riding and I should start to see weight loss results in no time as long as I match it with a healthy diet. My point is don't be afraid to experiment and never, ever become sedentary. You deserve a great healthy body. Operative word...being "healthy".
I was watching Oprah on her new network and she was discussing a gentleman who had lost over 200+ lbs and she said he did it "one meal at a time, one workout at a time, one day at a time".
